At Future Focused Academy, we believe every young adult deserves the tools and knowledge to build a successful future. Our nonprofit is dedicated to empowering 18-23-year-olds with essential life skills, financial literacy, and career readiness training. Through engaging programming and hands-on learning experiences, we help participants gain confidence in managing money, navigating adulthood, and preparing for meaningful careers.

Meet the Founder
Danielle Randall is the Founder and Executive Director of Future Focused Academy, where she leads with a deep commitment to empowering young adults and strengthening the Erie community she has called home her entire life. She holds a BA in Strategic Communications from Mercyhurst University and is a certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach through the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI). With a professional background rooted in education and workforce development, Danielle has dedicated her career to helping emerging adults build confidence, develop essential life and career skills, and connect with meaningful opportunities across the region.
Her passion for Erie runs far beyond her work. Danielle is a proud supporter of the city’s vibrant small‑business community—her favorite meeting spot, coffee shop, and bookstore is Werner Books, where she can often be found planning programs or connecting with partners. And to know Danielle is to know her unwavering love for Bro Man’s, a local favorite that reflects her belief that Erie’s people and small businesses are the heart of what makes this community special.
